Today January 26th.

Lunch: Turkey and Swiss Sandwich on Whole Wheat bread.

Dinner: Whole Wheat Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli 

Snacks: Carrots.

Exercise: Ran for 20 minutes, and then Lifted.
